ABOUT

Artist Biography
Annika Kück is an illustrator from Germany, currently living and working in Bremen. With a background in Communication Design, she has specialized in illustration as well as painting. Her fascination with the human body, its expression and dynamic movement runs through her work. She draws inspiration from shapes, gestures, and the interplay between stillness and motion. These elements are rooted both in her yoga approach to life as well as her artistic practice.
As a freelance illustrator, Annika collaborates with various magazines, companies, and private clients, with a particular focus on sustainable and value-driven projects. In her illustrations, she combines traditional media with digital techniques, creating vibrant and colorful imagery. Her style moves between abstraction and cubist-inspired forms, characterized by bold lines, radiant colors, and an expressive visual language.
In her everyday life, Annika loves capturing memories and observations in her sketchbook—sometimes with oil pastels, other times simply using a pen. These spontaneous studies often evolve into new ideas and artistic directions.
